We bought this Thule car top carrier for downhill activities. And it’s been useful for almost anything we do. My husband is loading it with boogie boards, beach tent and towels for a beach trip to Kiawah Island in South Carolina.
Notice this handy step thing he is standing on. I absolutely luuuvvvv this thing. My husband bought it years ago and he can no longer remember the manufacturer or the name of the product. But it is the best. With this thing, anyone in the family, no matter how tall or short, can load and unload the carrier. I keep it stored inside of the car top carrier at all times.
